FYI: Thrips always has an 's', singular or pleural. Both great pics. Particularly like the pose of the 2nd Devils Horse.

Oh! See if you can get the staph to unfurl it's wings -- fascinating! Usually each longer than the head-body, meticulously folded origami-style under the covers.
