Yes, think I'll print No.3 though...I like pics on portrait mode the best, especially with the 8 X 10 frames I have...

Maybe number one, Ron but think they are all great and on another day would probably pick a different one!

I cropped this pic in two different ratios (portrait & Landscape for two of them) but can't make up my mind which one I like the best...any prefferences..?

Ron, Number three is my preference for 90% of my bird photos and it does it for me when viewing yours. The detail a DDL does on a close crop is far superior to the other two, photos one and two. Just my $.02.

They are all nice but I like #3. The reason I chose 3 is that the out of focus part is distracting to me in the first two. I know that it can't be removed, but it looks better as if attached to the bottom of the image to me.

You have great image quality, so I would go with the last one. Well done.

Thanks Mike, it's a New Holland Honey Eater. One of our many native species of honey eaters...they are real characters and I'm sure they love having their photos taken. One I had here for a couple of year, sadly died a few months ago, became quite tame..when I was in the garden shooting my macros I'd look up and he'd be sitting in the bush watching me...tended to follow me around and always popped up whereever I was..
