So if you cashed a check that proves you to be a criminal?

Do you listen to the jibba jabba you post?

Under certain circumstances writing a check is against the law as may be the case with the alleged Stormy Daniels hush money.

Your “if you cash a check makes you a criminal” statement makes you look like a simpleton. It would embarrass me if I stooped so low to attempt to make a such a silly point.

37 indictments... how many of trump’s appointees have plead guilty? I’ve lost count.

A pretty good stretch since Mueller was mandated to find evidence of collusion between Trump and the Russians with regard to his election. Of course let’s not forget nobody has even said whether such collusion is a crime or not. Two years and millions of dollars spent for.......?

Now with, so far everything pointing to Trump’s innocence, Schiff and other Democrats want to launch, what, perhaps eighty other investigations? Hmmmmm. Anybody want to go fishing?

I wasn’t the one claiming that writing a check was a crime.

Dennis, It's really quite simple. Conspiring with one or more others in order to commit or further a crime is Conspiracy. Conspiracy is a crime.

You deliberately misrepresent opinions of others when you disagree... I pointed to a specific instance, you’re attempting to make it into a global statement. That is a fine example of intellectual dishonesty.

As for naming those indicted and those who have plead guilty, don’t presume to order others to do your work... it’s just another banal deflection which you resort to quite often here.

If you don’t know, do your own research. If you do know as I believe you do, stop using childish attempts at deflection and just deny the point... take a stand, be honest.

Guess what Frank, I conspired with my wife to surprise our granddaughter on her 11th birthday. Neither of us was arrested. We didn’t even receive a citation for an infraction.

You see Frank, conspiracy is only a crime IF someone is conspiring to break a law. Nobody has actually even stated that what Trump is supposed to have done, collusion, is a crime. Do I need to spell that out for you?Are you able to comprehend Common Sense? What you people on the Left are screaming about being a conspiracy might very well be nothing more than an agreement. Are you starting to catch on now?

Now that that problem is cleared up for you maybe you can tell us why, when Obama claimed he knew all about the Russian interference, he didn’t do anything about it? Obama did say that right on television. Perhaps you saw that. Perhaps you also saw his proclamation that Russia could do no harm to America with voting interference. So explain why Obama would make those two statements OR maybe he really was/is a President that makes Jimmy Carter look great due to his own anti American policies.

Frank I will be right here waiting for you.

I take y’all at your word.

If someone posts something stupid I assume it to be a stupid post.

BTW, if you make a risibly false claim it’s your job to document it, not anyone else’s.

I heard that democrats eat babies.

Do your own research.

See how ridiculous that sounds.

You folks seriously need to grow up.

Conspiracy to obstruct justice is a crime. One example, firing Comey is a legal action unless it is done to obstruct justice. That intent will rarely be proven with direct evidence but is usually proven with indirect evidence. Documented conversations and written correspondence is common. Admitting on TV that I did it for the Russian thing is another.
It is not rational to think that Trump fires Comey as an “agreement”. Just one example of many. Indirect evidence is ordered by the court to have the same weight as direct evidence.

Common knowledge need not be detailed time after time. Only a pedant would make such a demand. It’s a shame you don’t apply your obvious skill to something productive and a make a positive statement about your positions. All I see is a person content to throw more would on the fire while your house burns.

Your gaming has become tedious.

It’s common knowledge easy enough to cut and paste if I wanted to empower your lame posts. I don’t and am amused that you now have to resort to calling me loser.

You want the information, then “read a book”
{sound familiar?}

Nope writing a check to the gold digger ain’t unlawful. If it was, cash is the way to go. You know that right?

We’ve already established you can’t back it up.

Why continue your embarrassment?
