Here is my first posted photo using a new app, Spectre, for the iPhone.
It was handheld, a 3 second exposure.
So far, I prefer this app over using the live view long exposure built into the iPhone. It seems sharper to me.
I tried the technique for making people disappear, using a 5-9 second exposure and that worked.
I plan to try the light trail technique.
This is the only iPhone app I know of that will make people disappear.
The choice for exposure times are 3, 5, or 9 seconds. I found it hard to hold the phone still enough for 9 seconds. The waterfalls looked about the same for 3 seconds and 5 seconds, so 3 seconds is what I plan on mostly using,
The app was worth the $2.99 it cost.
Thanks for the photo and app recommendation. If someone showed me that photo, I would have bet the house that no way it was taken with a camera phone. What software did you use to post process?

Thank you for your entertaining comments! Some of these things seem magical...making moving people, dogs and cars disappear! Let us know what new camera you get.
