More great shots of our state, Mike. The shot of the trees looking like they're falling into the water is interesting. I kind of give the impression of a wheel of trees. Thanks for sharing those.

All the TV shows that I see about building or living in Alaska make me feel like I should try living there. But wait, I already did live there for about a year back in the 70's. It was cold, wet, windy, and high priced. I can say that on nice days, it's beautiful, and that the people there are usually very friendly. About the only people that weren't friendly were the loggers that came to town about once a month and got drunk. We stayed away from the loggers watering hole for fear of getting our asses kicked. Everybody else living there were nice and friendly. Oh, the phone book was half bars, and half churches too. I found that to be quite interesting. LOL

I thought the lake shots were from my brother's front yard, he lives in Alaska, but alas not. They are close to what he sees every day with his morning coffee. Great captures and well done.
