We have Steve Perry who teaches a lot about Nikon, so is their someone as good as Steve who teaches about Canon?
There is a LOT of TRANSFER knowledge from Steve that anyone can adapt to their camera line.
Is Steve Perry under contract to Nikon, or does he get free stuff from Nikon, to solely promote their use?
Maybe Canon people don't need to be induced by Canon to use Canon. :-)

Were you born a cynic or grow up to be one? Or is someone
paying you to be a cynic?
Bryan Carnathan at The-Digital-Picture.com tests and reviews the heck out of Canon gear.... thought he looks at some popular stuff from other brands, too... far and away the majority of reviews and such on his site are Canon related.
AFAIK, Bryan gets no "kickbacks" or freebies of any type from Canon or any of the manufacturers.
I'm sure he does get some $ from referrals to some of the better retailers offering the products he reviews, via the various links throughout his site.

Canon users are smart enough to read and understand how to use their equipment to its fullest so there is not much demand.

I was born cynical. Happy now?
I'd be very interested also. Brand new to DSLR, just purchased Canon EOS Rebel T7i after MANY years with Pentax ME Super 35mm. Retired now, and going to Grand Canyon, thus the Canon purchase. Not a novice, but new to digital.

I love these kinds of threads. I've got no dog in this fight but I just loved to watch.
I find that for the most part Canon owners take the time to read and study there Cameras before jumping into the shooting process. But I am sure someone will provide you with a few names and places to look.
