Would suggest you check with Epson since they are the only ones who really know how they designed it to work.
Epson likely won't even know about a wireless USB hub - better to check with the hub mfgr. In all likelihood, they have more than just a few similar setups out there.
Are there any other cable plug receptacles? Like serial or firewire. Seems USB has been standard for years. I gather the new USB-3 (or -C) have smaller plugs.

You may find this table useful. The current leader in high speed serial busses is Infiniband (IB), which is the favored interconnect for supercomputing clusters. Mellanox is currently producing 200Gb IB used on the world’s fastest supercomputer.

The V600 only has a USB 2.0 connector in the back.

I have it and it does not have wireless.

I have a similar V500, and no. It would take forever to scan via WiFi. They are slow enough via USB.

Here is the only scanner I found that says WiFi and it is for scanning prints only and not film.

Not even high resolution. Yikes, for $600!
In my experience, no, it is not wireless capable. I wanted to place it in another room from my printers, etc. but was told there is no wi-fi capability on the V600. I love it anyway!
