Can anyone tell me if the Epson Perfection V600 Scanner can be used wireless? No cord from unit to USB on computer/
I've had one for 4+ years, from before wireless was everywhere in digital technology. I wouldn't think this model does / will ever be wireless.
Hi from another Michigander,
I have had one since 2008, that one quit working, so I bought another last year. I see mine is connected to my electrical fail safe box, because of brownouts. The scanner is also connected to the computer via another cable that came with it. I would google it to make sure if it is WI-FI enabled or not. But for the price it is an excellent scanner, and will do medium format as well as 35mm negatives or prints. I just scanned some prints from a 2003 family vacation and emailed them to a few family members, and they were geeked.
love mine and have never seen anything about using wireles...
It may be compatible with a wireless printer server. I have three printers, one of them an all in one, all connected to a wireless server. This way we can print to any of the printers from any PC.

It isn't Wireless capable. It may be a bandwidth issue as scanners can produce very large files if set to high resolution making the transfer time quite long over a limited BW Wi-Fi link, but just a guess.
Out of the box, no it is not wireless. A print server may be possible. Retired mine when any printers shared on my network were replaced with wireless. I still have dedicated photo printers wired to the proper PC, as I do my V600.
Simply, No.
A USB to wiFi adapter might work, but the data transfer rate would be slow.

Bandwidth is not the issue. I use 2 different wireless combo printer/scanner/fax things at home, and there is no issue scanning even at high resolutions.

Would suggest you check with Epson since they are the only ones who really know how they designed it to work.

“Dirty”, simple Google the model for a full manual on-line...
