Spring can't come soon enough

After a snowless Xmas we have been overwhelmed with snow and extreme cold.

One of the wife's yard decor looks just sad.

Great idea. I wonder if a little more saturation and contrast might get at what struck you.

Agree with Bob. My first thought was I'm glad I live in California, at least as far as the weather goes. Don't get me started on the politics.

Thanks for the heads up. Is this better? Any help would be great. Just getting the hang of photos and editing.

Yes, the snow and winter are brutal. Southern California is having an average temperature of 49 degrees. And lows to 44 degrees. Up to the end of this weekend. That's cold here. Believe it or not. I experienced -13 degrees for two days in the Midwest. As a young teenager. It was brutal. Thanks for sharing the snowy photos. It brought back memories.

Sorry to say it was 84 in Sarasota, FL on Friday. I grew up in the mountains with tons of snow. My philosophy is "if I want snow, I'll go to it". Prefer sun, sand, warm temps and the pool.

Summers do suck here, however.

Yes, I have been to northern Florida in the Summertime. Pensacola and Jacksonville. The humidity is a killer. I heard it is worse in Miami. Even though the summer heat can be uncomfortable at times. Especially, if your AC fails to work. Nothing is worse than freezing your butt off. You don't get frost bites in the summertime. Heat strokes, very seldom.

I agree with the heat stroke as I work outside all year for my job, but we always say we can always add clothes to stay warm but you can only take so many clothes off to keep cool before it gets risque' haha.

Here's our little girl giving the "for only $0.19 a day you can sponsor this dog. She's over the weather too. Haha
