These small flowers are only about 3/4" (19mm) across. I'm not really sure what they are, but I'm sure that someone will ID them, as they are not all that uncommon. DOF was too small to get them all in focus. Downloading is recommended.

They are very pretty Earl, not sure but could be from the Primula family. Very good shot.

That is a primrose, "Fairy primrose" - Primula malacoides I think.
