Looks a little like the old Celestron 700mm. It was a telescope with a camera adapter. If so, just the weight of pressing the shutter button would have moved the "target" by about ten feet (or at night, ten light years.)

I want one for my cell phone...

A Crew-served weapon --
This camera/lens combo would in my opinion qualify for that weighty title

It looks very much like the man I watched in the Serengeti, trying to take pictures of birds in a tree.

He was laid on his back the middle of the lens between his feet, pointing it up at the tree!!!!!!!

The image certainly created a laugh whenever I showed it at a photographic club talk.
