It is a stand-alone program that I know works in LR or PS. I'm not sure about Elements 7, but if you have other pieces of software that can be accessed via Elements then that may work also. Topaz has a series of image adjustments and presets available in a processing package called Topaz Suite. The Topaz Suite is a free download and comes with a bunch of post-processing programs that I actually like better than LR or PS, so you can get an intro into AI Clear with Topaz Suite.
That offer I sent you earlier was just an example from some old webinar info I happened to have on hand. I just got an email this morning for a new webinar tomorrow. I would suggest that you go to the Topaz website and check out their ads because the webinar tomorrow may not interest you, but it is using this same AI Clear software.
