I just got the Magbeam Kit and I can not locate instruction on how to place the lens, i.e., Wide and Tele into MagBeam. Can someone show or tell me how to place the lens into the magBeam?
Thanks
They have very clear instructions on their web site. Did you try their web site?!

Not his job. That is someone else's.
I had not heard of the MagMod before, and would be interested in a review after you’ve used it a while.

I had never heard of this, but it's a great name for a product. It looks like it could be useful, besides.
I have several of the MagMod products. They work on the flash, not on the lens. The Magbeam is like a *better beamer* There is a magnet on the flash and the Magbeam attaches with a magnet. While I don't use this one often, I do use some of the other MagMod diffusers.

I have used the MagMod flash extender for about a year on a Canon 600. Works very well. It increases the "power" or reach of the flash unit by about 2+ stops. My primary purpose is to decrease the flash recycle time while shooting birds/wildlife.
It is much more robust than the Better Beamer but also heavier. My primary problem with the MagMod is its weight. It causes the flash head to slightly sag although you can adjust the unit by shifting the magnetic collar on the flash head.
Good product if you need the extra reach or quicker recycle time for your flash.
It is also compatible with MagMods other flash filters and diffusers.

When I got my magmod it came without instructions. First thing I did was go to their web site. The online instructions are clear and simple.
I guess my pet saying is accurate.

Yes, the MagMod is heavier than the Better Beamer, but my Better Beamer also makes my 600 EX RT head sag a little. I custom cut a popsicle stick to prop the head up; works great. What I really like about the MagMod is the magnetic mount and how adjustable it is.

I tried it and after awhile decided to return it. It worked as well as the Better Beamer. No issues there.
What I didn't like: it was heavy, difficult to remove from the base. The magnets are too strong. Collapsing it was awkward and tricky. Adding the base or removing it from the flash was difficult.
Its made of a thick stiff rubber like material that has very little stretch (unyielding). I felt as if the flash would break every time I put on or took it off.
It is a great concept but they chose an inappropriate material...too heavy, too stiff.
