NO, they are not ALL in Europe. Besides, it's not the gear, it's the photographer, and it will always be that way.

They're based in Seattle. The dpreviewTV team are in Canada (They used to be the guys on CameraStore.tv, which is still around).
People all over the world review camera gear on YouTube and various Internet sites.

As per LensTip.com reviews, the Fuji 100-400 has a much higher image resolution performance versus Nikon 80-400.
