I haven't been there, I am as far from DC as you can get in the states without living in Hawaii or Alaska.
And that it was a few years ago, the clue is a real newspaper instead of an e-reader or tablet. I get my local paper in the electronic edition - leaves me searching for something to put on the table or work bench when I am going to do a messy job.
