As Michigan plunges into some of the coldest temperatures in years, the wind here is blowing 25-30mph. While I love to take clear crisp photos, I challenged myself to take photos with the snow and sand flying, and show the true conditions we are experiencing. Photos taken Tuesday 1.29.19.

Brrr! I got a weather warning about getting frostbite within ten minutes. It's going to hard clearing the snow from the driveway in nine-minute sessions. : )

I admire you for getting out in that weather. #3 showing the grass blowing really looks COLD. Nice in work in those conditions.

My daughter is in Iron River (on the UP). Last night she says the temp was -22 with a wind of 20 gusting 35. A bit chilly. Fortunately she can stay in the house with our 3 year old granddaughter and her husband normally only has to go as far as the church across the road where he is the pastor.
