I understand that,I sent them both back as they could hold my camera straight without dropping.

Any advice good tripod without breaking the bank?

Unfortunately, super steady usually mean expensive. Generally speaking, the higher the tripod is set, the more susceptible it is to vibration. Still, if the camera/long lens is not steady enough, use a remote control or a timer. Putting downward pressure on the camera while you push the button should help. Are you using long exposures?

Good tripod article -
By Thom had a very good article about tripods, but the link no longer works. Basically, he recommends saving money by getting a good, expensive tripod right off the bat. Many people go from one less expensive tripod to another, wasting their money. Maybe a search will find his article.

I have a Sony RX10M4. This camera has a threaded hole on the shutter release button that allows you to use an “old fashioned” cable release. I obtained a cable release from Amazon for less than $10 and using it solves the problem of vibration from your finger pressing the shutter button.

NO, you will have to break the bank a little to get a solid one. Benro and Induro make a good products for the price but, a good tripod that does not vibrate will cost a trip to the bank. There is no getting around it.

I have a MeFoto ( about $180) and it is perfect . The problem is the head if it can hold the weight, I have a Nikon D610 and use my Sigma 50-500 and I have no problem with it creeping down . Make sure the head will hold the weight your putting on it.

IMO, using a bracing bracket is more important than the tripod itself or even the head with this camera - like this -https://www.ebay.com/itm/220mm-Y-ty-Telephoto-Lens-Support-Clamp-for-Arca-Hejnar-Benro-Fluid-Video-Head/172143858639?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l9372

Maybe it’s just technique? Use a cable releas or a wireless remote. Shoot with mirror up if it can do that. Hang some weight from the tripod head.

Without knowing the tripods you have used it is not easy to figure out if those tripods are adequate to hold the camera steady. Are you sing a remote control to fire the shutter? Do you use good tripod techniques?
My cheapest tripod is an aluminum Dolica tripod. I paid $45 for it and right now I use it more than my carbon fiber tripod and my aluminum Gitzo. Why? Simply, it does the job I require.
I bought the Dolica when I bought my first mirrorless camera. One day I decided to try heavier gear on it. As usual I used good tripod techniques and the images were as sharp as those made with my other tripods.
Review what you are doing and perhaps you are not doing your part.

CHG CANON's suggestion is good but I would add, make certain that you are using an electronic cable release.

This camera, by all rights should come with a tripod collar ! - it does not. That is why you NEED a bracket to properly hold, balance and stabilize this camera.....the tripod and head are secondary. This is a relative light, small, mirror less camera after all - but it does get to high magnifications.
