Great shots, and by the way, I'm two months out of surgery for a right knee revision. Wore out the first one. It does get better faster if you follow the rehab.

I had 3 knee replacements on the same knee in 3 years, didn't get any better! I hope none of you have to go thru that.

Thanks, I don't think it will get any better, apparently nerves destroyed due to all those surgeries. I've gotten 2nd opinions in which they have told me not to have any more surgeries, just have to live with pain.

Had my left one replaced 2 years ago. Best decision I ever made ! They had me up and walking down the hospital halls the afternoon of the surgery. Great doctor and great rehab ! I was driving at two weeks out, 90% in 4 weeks, back to work at 5 weeks....Good Luck with your rehab!!

All went well with the surgery and I'm getting used to the Home Physical Therapy routine, if that's possible.

Biggest storm of the year greeted us shortly after arriving home. I limped downstairs and grabbed a couple photos while our son was snow blowing for us...darn snowblower ran out of gas halfway through!!

pretty shots, jederick! congrats on your new knee. hope the rehab goes well.

My first replacement came loose, just about a year to the day, 2nd one got infected, removed, also just about a year. They removed it put in spacer, had IV of antibiotics for almost 3 months before 3rd one put in. This last one has given me problems and pain ever since. I think its loose now and has been for awhile, but so much going on with my back, it's been put on back burner. I dont think anyone who needs the replacement should look at me as an example, mine was just a series of bad breaks.

My first replacement came loose, just about a yea... (show quote)

You have to be one tough son-of-a-gun to go through all those procedures!! Hoping some good comes out of this for you and you can get pain free and back to a normal lifestyle!!

Thanks. I have been suffering with those knee problems for 12 years now but I still managed to maintain my 10 acres around my house all those years, Spring cleaning, Summer maintenance, Fall leaf clean up, and I mean billions leaves, and snow removal all Winter, including my roof. This is probably some of the reason my implants dont last too long. After my fall a year and a half ago I can't maintain any more, so I have moved to apartment and am renting my home. I'm hoping if I get back on my feet to move back to it. I'm 78 now dont no if that will happen.
