Filter presets only. Nik Silver Efex Pro and Adobe Camera Raw Auto
Dream-like!
With the Nik pre-sets, don't be afraid to check out all those sliders on the right-hand side of the screen. Adventures await
Was your final step to export from PS (or maybe LR) as jpg? Your color is different in the thumbnail than the download and the data says color space is uncalibrated. Maybe someone reading this can address how to set sRGB for photos destined for web. More info on color space:

I like the effect you applied to this. I love playing with the pre-sets in Topaz Studio.
In PS you can set the default color space for your exports to sRGB by going to Edit/Preferences/Export and clicking on the check box under Color Space. You can also set the default export format to JPG there as well.

My final step was to save the file back to LR as a tiff file then do a "save as" JPG to a folder on my desk top. If I post, I browse back to the desk top and post that photo.

Nothing wrong with that, but a color space would likely have been applied had you stepped over to LR and done an export. I know. Extra steps. Follow kenievans’ advice and you’ll be all set. Like your image! Interesting finish and I find it appealing.
Thanks Bruce. I have never used export in either LR or PS. Guess I am going to have to learn how.

You are using the correct procedure in PS. The export function in LR is similar. You choose an image, click Export (Save As) then choose where you want to save it. There are other options on the Export dialog that you will enjoy having available.
Color space is a complete entity to itself, but know that the color space designation can be saved in the metadata of an image that helps other programs to properly render your image when someone wants to look at it.
Hope I’m being helpful!
Thank you. Everyone who responds with kindness is helpful. As I said before the whole PP thing has a learning curve as steep as Mt. Everest.

Fair analogy! Keep climbing!

I watched a lot of tutorials on Lynda.com and I still watch them. I like them because they are broken down in short videos so I can stop and try it right then or if you have two monitors, at the same time. My memory isn't long enough to remember those long tutorials. Keep practicing and one day the light bulb will turn on. It will get easier. You are doing great!
