Did you use a "star" filter on your lens? Also, you brightened up the foreground nicely - Which software did you use? I'd guess a blend of Lightroom and Facebook. Would you mind walking us through your process? Thanks.

No star filter. Lightroom and layers in photoshop. Foreground pano of 4 shots.
