I think those were an off brand for Pentax. Never had one. Not sure though. Old memories.

It says automatic, but it is manual.

Automatic in the context of mid-20th century SLR lenses meant only that regardless of what f stop you select, you view through the lens wide open and it “automatically” stops down to the selected aperture when you press the shutter. No joke. That’s what auto meant in the lens world of 1960-80’s.

Third party GLC lens from the 70's. Yours is a Minolta MD mount.

Saw one at Goodwill with a pentax mount, but same GLC Series Automatic 28/2.8 markings. Sold for $6.99.
