Full moon, the start of the lunar eclipse and the final full blood moon over the east central Florid. the moon was almost 90 degrees overhead, practically vertical. Full Blood Moon was at midnight. Downright cold for Central Florida standards, 41 degrees and 10-15 knots of wind. Anyway, it was something to do at midnight...
Those came out very nice! It was super cold here in NC! I tried handholding the beast of a lens and couldn't do it upright like needed but was able to keep it on the tripod.... Mine are ok but only had 200mm at my disposal! Sadly they did not show the detail I wanted them too but still showed the colors..

Nice Job. Mine not so good. It was the most difficult shooting I have ever done.
I'll post later. Still waking up. Didn't get to bed until 1:30. I had trouble with the noise and focus. You'll see.
It was just about midnight here in FL when the moon was in full eclipse (Blood)...waited for another few minutes then packed it in...also cold for Florida at that time, I'm sure much colder there....Cheers
