Bought thousands of dollars of items, for the business that I work for. More than once they have upgrade to a better item, when out of stock, for the same price. Never have I had a problem.

Excellent company, I've used them for all of my computer builds. Prompt service and everything is well packaged. Never a problem with anything I bought from them.
I have complete trust in Newegg. Have purchased many years of their products.

I’ve bought in the past and was happy with the transactions. Lately I’ve noticed they have more listings that are fulfilled by other vendors who I’ve never heard of.
Same here. I bought a power supply & Memory from them and neither came from them.
Took a long time to get here also.
No problems at all. I have gotten some killer deals on powered sub-woofers and most recently bought a AV receiver for $1150, Amazon wanted $1600 for the same receiver. It pays to shop around!
Like others, I too have used Newegg. I have also bought from Cowboy Studio.
Both companies are very good to work with , if you have concerns or questions.

I've dealt with them for years; not one problem and some great deals on some of their 'specials'!
Most recent purchase was two 10TB Western Digital harddrives for a very good price.

I've spent a small fortune with Newegg over the years. Very good company.
Just bear in mind their prices, even sale prices, are usually the same as at Amazon. But if you watch their specials they have on the bottom of their home page or in their daily specials emails, you can often find killer deals.
Watch out for the "Ships from....." location on Newegg. I recently ordered an item that said "Ships from the US". I do not buy anything that ships from China.
First time I tracked the shipment, I saw it was coming from China. Angrily called Newegg, to have them point out the seller is an "International Partner", and that it said this in the item description, ALONG with saying it ships from US. You can't have it both ways!
I couldn't cancel the order, only option was to return it unopened when I got it. It took 30 days to arrive, and by that time I said the Hell with it and kept it.
MAKE SURE an item really is shipping from the US if you care about delivery time. Chinese shipments take forever.
Other than that, I've had good luck with Newegg.
I had a problem with them a bit over a year ago. Ordered a laptop for our son for Christmas. They cancelled the order and we re-ordered. Should have gone through, but they claim they told us it didn't and canceled the order. Wound up buying from someone else because once we caught their problem again they wouldn't honor the original price. Not sure whose fault it really was, but they lost a long time customer over this. Their problem, not mine.
I used them several years ago - before they were bought by Tiger Direct. They quit discounting things then, so I didn't see any point in it. I haven't looked to see if they are discounting merchandise now. They were trustworthy when I was using them.
I've used them a few times in the past with good results until this past summer. I called wanting to upgrade my old 17" Mac Book Pro. The tech I was working with needed the serial number and date, which I know where to find quickly, but he grew impatient and told me he wasn't going to wait any longer. We were connected less than 5 minutes. Apparently they work on a commission basis and I wasn't buying fast enough.

They are the B&H of computer geeks.

Wow, TigerDirect bought Newegg? Had I know that, I might not have purchased about half the components I needed for three PC builds last year plus a couple TVs. I hated TigerDirect years ago when I had dealings with them.
I will again say I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with Newegg, however, and if you get a daily deal from Newegg's home page or daily email, you can get some real bargains. Otherwise, Newegg's prices -- even "sale" prices are usually the same as Amazon's regular price. However, there are many rebates on merchandise on Newegg and I never see rebates on the same items on Amazon. Just last week I got an $80 rebate check for a TV I purchased back in August (43" Avera 1080p dumb TV for $99.00 after mail-in rebate -- heck of a deal on a very good TV).
So I say use Newegg for daily deals and rebates where you can really save a buck.
I forgot to mention Newegg also has an eBay store, so when eBay has its Bucks promos (such as a couple days ago when everything earned 8% in eBay bucks), you can score some pretty good deals. Often their wares are listed at a lower price on eBay as well. Last year I bought a CPU from Newegg on eBay for $40 less than I could find it anywhere else.
