It's all coming out now. Even the NYT revealed last week that the FBI started an illegal investigation of Trump after he fired Comey.
It took a long time for the stuff to start coming out, but it's finally started.

The FBI did not inform Congress they were doing this and the only ostensible reason they started down this road is because Trump Fired Comey, something that is well within his constitutional duties and prerogative. Why didn't the FBI start a CI investigation when 0bama said to the Russians he would be more flexible after the elections? Or when he sent planeloads of cash to the Iranians? It is not the FBI's job to investigate policy difference with the president. The FBI just can't investigate anyone without a crime or intelligence from proper sources (5 eyes.)

Ok. What about it? You might remember that the government was leaking like a sieve after Trump was elected. There were leaks about everything he was doing, including when he was taking a leak. I also remember when the entire transcripts of his phone conversations with other heads of state were leaked and published. It took a long time to plug all these leaks (may of them from the DOJ/FBI/CIA,) and it's only normal that you would not want to have your private conversations with heads of state splashed all over the news It's very rude towards these other heads of state and they would stop talking with us, knowing whatever they said would be leaked, analyzed and commented upon by nasty people and page 1 in the NYT, LAT and other vile places. I'm glad Trump controlled all that. I would expect the same from any president.

Sure. Name one. On the other hand, Trump going after Germany because they are buying gas directly from Russia is certainly not at the bidding of Putin. Having a couple hundred Russian soldiers killed by our troops was not at the bidding of Russia. Allowing the growth of the US oil industry by reversing fiats and allowing pipelines and lifting all manners of moratoria is certainly not in the interest of Russia since they get a lot of revenue from their oil and the US under Trump is now the biggest oil and gas producer in the world and they price of oil is low, hurting Russia's oil revenues.

Why are we in Syria in the first place? Also, tell me why the decision to pull out of Syria is the cause of death of 4 US soldiers? I'm happy to talk about Benghazi where Hillary and 0bama let 4 US citizens get killed by a) sending them there in the first place b) not providing the security they requested multiple times c) not allowing US forces to intervene and rescue them during the 13 hour ordeal and then lying about what happened. We lost a US ambassador in Libya; this is not to believe any of the other victims, but the circumstances were definitely not the same.

Let's wait and see what happens. Barr should be confirmed shortly and Rosenstein will not want to stick around when he shows up at work. The FBI/DOJ has been cleaned out some, but it needs more cleaning. It remains to be seen if Barr is the person to do it.
The leaks are at fever pitch high right now. The coup has failed and the cover up of the cover up is in full swing through these leaks. There are now two competing camps leaking but even the stuff coming out of the cabal's mouthpiece (NYT) is pretty damning. I think they are just spreading it out so no one is shocked when it comes out officially.
And it's possible it may never come out officially; Trump has gained a huge amount of leverage from all this and he is holding all the cards. I did hear what he said last week about us being shocked when we find out who was involved. Remember, Trump doesn't bluff. And he's very vindictive, one of his nicer qualities.
