Found a RadioShack's Optimus Digital Photo Frame Model No. 16-468. Can't find a copy of the owners manual. It has some pictures in it, how do I delete those pictures out? I put in a chip that is 64 MB and the pictures do not come up. But put in a chip that is 2 GB and the pictures came right up. What that all about? Remember keep in low tech language so I can under stand it. Thank you.

Try google and put

RadioShack's Optimus Digital Photo Frame Model No. 16-468

in the search. Add manual if a link doesn't appear right off.

I assume you meant 64 GB and not MB. If this is the case it might not handle that large a card. See if there is a factory reset button on the back. Good luck.

No, the other way around 64 MB and 2GB. The 64 MB does not work with the photo frame. The 2GB does.

Try searching for a manual for Gigaware 16-952, seems similar. Searching Gigaware takes you to Radio Shack.

Here's the user guide for the 9" (465) model, should be the same for your 7", attached:

rfmaude41: Top "Attached file:" was too big to down load. Bottom "Attached file" was a dead end. Thanks anyway.

Both links worked for me.
Illustration shows 2GB max. No idea why the small card would not work.
