"The Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen's Associations representing crab fishermen in California and Oregon filed suit against 30 companies, most in the oil and gas business, for harming the environment and messing with the their livelihood.
It’s the first time food producers have sued energy producers for harming the environment.
By this time of year, crab fishermen should be on the water for Dungeness crab season, one of the most profitable times of the year.
Instead, the boats are still docked because a neurotoxin called domoic acid has been found in the crab fishing waters.
This is not the first time in recent years the crabbing season has been delayed or cut short by the toxin, which is linked to algae blooms associated with global warming.
That’s why the crabbers filed suit, alleging that the oil companies, “engaged in a coordinated, multi-front effort to conceal and deny their own knowledge of those threats, discredit the growing body of publicly available scientific evidence, and persistently create doubt,” rather than dealing with climate change from the outset."

We can fix this by controlling global oceanic currents.

I’m assuming (and I could be wrong) that you have personal opinions on this, and I’m wondering if you have anything of your own to add.

I believe that human activity is contributing to the earths warming.

The activity is called reproducing, the planet can handle this many people.

Hard to know how to deal with that. You certainly don't want only intelligent people to stop reproducing.

Destroy all the nukes on the planet and the population will go down. Just having these nukes around keeps the population growing.

Even if you are right, the two things aren’t mutually exclusive. Besides for the most part in warmer climates people are more laid back and move more slowly.

Did I hear you correctly? Did you say the people in warm climates prefer to get laid more slowly?

There seems to be many scientists who do not agree, they think it is the natural cycle of things. Global warming should be able to be scientifically proven and they have not been able to do that. At this point it is simply a theory as to why. Global temperatures in the last 100 years have risen 7/10 of 1 degree. not exactly an attention getter.

And that is why Global Warming has morphed into Climate Change. The Earth'climate has allways been in a state of flux. It gets cold for a long time we have glaciers. It gets warmer, the glaciers recede. We are now in an interglacial period, why no glaciers covering much of the Northern hemisphere? IT GOT WARMER.
