Where in Brooklyn did you grow up? I was class of 1959 from James Madison and 1963 from Brooklyn College. My grandkids call me popop!

We lived in Williamsburg but moved to New Jersey when I was old enough to go to school.

Nice shot.
A fantastic read is McCulloughs Brooklyn Bridge.... about the construction just after the Civil War ended.
Remarkable iconic structure and a dramatic walk that shouldn't be missed if possible.
