My wife and I are planning a trip to Curacao this May. Do any of you have any tips on olaces to visit while there, interesting stops and photo ops ?
I went there many years ago... I do recall i liked it very much. I don't remember any thing particular for shooting but i'm sure you will find some. Have a nice trip.

If you like snorkeling/scuba diving, Playa Lagun in Lagun with an underwater camera.
The wild life preserve area including pink flamingos with a telephoto lens (bridge camera?) I think it's called Williwood (in the town of Willibrordus).
Blue View Sunset Terrace restaurant (just south of Wespunt). You may want to try the whole deep fried red snapper!
Christoffel National Park (with a plantation mansion) and great views.
All these assume you'll have access to a car.
I know you will both love Curacao.
Thanks for the info PB73 ! Yup' planning on renting a car to get around a bit. Planning on doing some walking 'round the town of Willemstad and Otrobanda..Looks like there might be a "target rich environment" there...

The towns are indeed target rich environments and driving around it a great option too. It's not that big of an island so it's easy. It's almost like Bonaire for diving--you just drive until you see a numbered rock by the road and then park and walk into the water. Pretty similar to Bonaire which is a "diver's paradise." But I really found the towns fascinating. Have fun.

Willemstad has many colorful buildings in Dutch style architecture. Scuba diving is good if you do that.
Thanks Jay. will be on the lookout for the rocks of fortune !!
Thanks Tomad, definitely looking for the architecture to shoot !
