Some thoughts. A lot of the photos were well done composition. Time took its toll on the prints.
I was impressed with the spirit of the lady pilots group. I had a design studio and we experimented
with hand coloring and it was very difficult. I think we used Dr. Martins dyes.
The work by this lady is just wonderful. Dont think it could have restored like this
before Photo Shop. Thank you again for the link and thinking of us.

On her website, the artist tells how she researched and selected the colors. That would be a tedious process, in itself!
