Today I was blessed to meet a high school friend of mine for breakfast as I was leaving the Phoenix area to head back home to SoCal. We graduated almost 50 years ago.

A very cool memento of your time together and a fine stand-alone study. The position of the fingers and the condensation on the tipped glass are really nice, as is the b&w conversion. I'm on the fence about the timing (as being sipped), but I've never thought about doing anything like this, so really have no clue. Thanks for a very thoughtful posting!

Thanks, Linda. I’ve been interested lately in shooting hands. I’ve just begun and am looking forward to what I can do.

As I’ve said before, I value your input.

Stay warm!

I don't think this is a shot of your friend, but a shot of a plastic cup of water!

Think again. Does a shot of someone HAVE to show their face? If so, the lower part of her face is behind the glass.

Oh, the “plastic” was glass. And it wasn’t a cup.
