My wife tells me that the rumor around her law firm is that Ol' Ginzi is in pretty bad health right now, and it's not looking good for her to return to the bench. Her firm handles a lot of Federal cases--her personal case load is almost completely Federal, all in the WNY District and 2nd Circuit Appeals--so they have a lot of close collegial contact in the DC law circles.
I doubt the country has ever seen lunacy on the level that the Dems will unleash if Trump gets to seat her replacement. Get out the popcorn......Libs might want to stock up on pacifiers.
If I were Trump, I'd be more concerned right now with February 7.

LOL, you lefties have been claiming he is doomed going all the way back the the 2016 Primary, yet there he is, still large and in charge. It must really suck to be you!
If Trump doesn't pick her replacement, Pence will. ha ha ha ha ha

Yeah, broken ribs, lung cancer, at 85yo; that can't be fun for her. I've been reading similar prognostications at various sites. We shall see. I do not wish her any ill but perhaps it's best for her to step down and take a well-deserved rest.
The coming confirmation process is going to make the Kavanaugh confirmation seem tame by comparison. You would think that one way to short-circuit this would be to nominate a qualified woman; I understand there were several in Trump's short list the last time. I think he kept those for the coming confirmation.
I predict endless desperate acts from the Dims, whereby they will show (once again,) their true feelings about people.

Honestly, I think it's in bad taste and a little disrespectful to talk about Justice Ginsburg in this manner while she is ill.
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will return to work, no further medical treatment needed

Wow. I didn't realize she was that ill. Oh well.
He better hurry.
Republicans plotting to oppose Trump in 2020 waiting for Mueller and June before pulling trigger

Since he is yours, It must really suck to be you. If he walks away basically free, it won't shock me, the Republican party won't be so lucky.
So you admonish me for pointing out something my wife has been hearing at her law firm about Ginzie being ill, then in the very next sentence you post that she isn't ill?
Typical Lib, completely confused in thought and argument!!!
The GOP is finally turning a new leaf in rejecting bigotry
