I purchased a new 24mm lens for $1400.00 and wanted to know if I should have waited and purchased the 19mm?
Does the 19mm make that much difference?

I think only you would know if the extra 12° angle of view is important to you.

If you were prepared to pay $1400. for a lens, you must have SOME knowledge of lenses and their covering power. Why ask we mere mortals, who cannot even afford such lenses.
