Or, try using a post processing program to lighten.
And maybe deal with the snow streak blocking her eye. A good reason to take multiple exposures and pick the best.

Stunning shot Jim. Just a suggestion; I would have 'shopped out three bits of snow (1 each eye and the big one lower left on her hair).
But a portrait to be proud of. Attractive young lady, great composition. And I think her eyes add to the picture.

Good portrait, but a shot like this would require several repeated shots as the snow ended up right in her eye (line of sight)

Crop tighter to remove the featureless white sky: set the top border above / thru the fringe of the jacket hood and the bottom below her chin and above the shirt collar, to emphasize a smiling pretty woman.

The crop suggestion makes sense to me, the snow streak removal could go either way. I like the intervening snow--it makes her a part of nature, and reveals some of her spirit. I'd dodge and desaturate the whites of her eyes, and saturate the irises.

Applied a little magic from my IPAD Pro.., as had been suggested ..remove some snow from eyes and hair ..lighten up,eye for head area ..

Thank you everyone. She is my daughter's boyfriend's sister. I agree with the critique comments. I wish I had taken this with my Nikon. Not that it would have made a difference in outcome.
