Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse

This is the Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse located in Acadia National Park, ME. I think it is pretty fitting to visit the lighthouse on a very foggy day. I made this shot with my Sony a58/Tamron 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC gear. For a five year old camera and lens, I believe it does a pretty job.

Oh, I like that. Especially since having grown up on the foggy NW coast. Good job. Come to think of it, I proposed at a lighthouse in 1970. Still married to the same gal. Thanks.

Nice one. It doesn’t have much to do with how old the camera is--it’s the person behind it that makes the photo.
