Bob, I'm not experiening that problem. I'm having problems with the photo apps on my computer. It's running extremely slowly.... It takes about 10 minutes each to fire up PSE 2019, Topaz or even SPE. Then adding photos here from my browser is quite slow as well, and sometimes it'll lock up. I try not to open more than I need at one time either... And sometimes I get an error message here that a "quote reply can't be located." Oh well, maybe things will improve. I may have to restart my computer.
