Sharp shinned hawk??

I thought I had two kestrals camping out in our yard - we have lots of sparrows...when I was able to get a shot, I saw one was not a kestral. Can you help me identify it? I believe it is a sharp-shinned hawk as the markings and size seem to align with that.

Nice photos. I would probably guess Sharpie, too. I am never positive but my guesses are free!
