I explained to my ex-wife that a woman is only a woman but a good lens is hard to find. I got out of the hospital 4 days later! I still haven't figured out why that woman left me.

Your wife took some fine shots Chief. I particularly like the last one. I have the 60mm version of that lens, and it is great glass. I am only learning how to get great Macro shots. Fortunately there are a lot of Macro shooters here to learn from.

Well Chief, between you and your wife, it looks like you have it all wrapped up. Close up and far away. Tell her she did good.

Chief, Your wife did a fantastic job and you may need to give this new lens to her.

Greg

Yeah, Greg. I'm thinking the same thing. When I retired and wondered what I was going to do with the rest of my life I mentioned the possibility of being a full time photographer to her. She said that sounded good, then I made the mistake and asked if she would be my donkey and carry all my gear for me. Needless to say, that went over like a lead balloon. . I'm afraid that might backfire on me now, and I'll wind up being the donkey. I'll pass your comments along to her. Thanks.
