Everyone was new at one point
Many forums do not allow for sale posts by noobs.
Logical, and also nettiquette even where it's not
regulated. I agree: No history, no deal. Nothing
personal ... how could it be ? ... just SOP. You
should know better than to proceed as you did.
If you didn't know before, you know now. It may
be a very good idea to delete the ad and join the
community in a more acceptable manner.
.
Thanks for taking time to explain.
send me pic, shutter count and a starting price please, dtracy1569@msn.com

Rules of HH do not say to submit photos. But, it's a good idea. B&H and KEK do not require and gave fine bids, more than I expected.
And they won't pay for an item until they have inspected it. Wonder what they ultimately give you for it???

Anyone interested in bidding for this camera send me an email. Thanks
Welcome to the Hog. Most people on here are really nice people and very helpful. There are some asses on here also. Just pay them no mind, you will figure put which ones they are after awhile. 99.9% of the people on here are great so hang in there and enjoy and learn, this is the place to be. Thanks
Tom
Tony, Maybe being new to the forum you didn’t know UHH etiquette. To sell, we need to see several pics, know the shutter count, the condition and whether it is an import or USA camera. It would be very helpful too if you state a Selling price.
Welcome!
Go to ebay and look at how cameras are offered. Photos help a lot.
A couple of years go I sold a D800 when I first started with ebay.
I received my price and the buy. I recieved a email confirmation from
ebay to go forward with the sale send an invoice.
I sent the camera to Arizona. The email was a phony. How
stupid could I be. UPS delivered to an airport company.
Police investigated their no results. UPS said not their problem.
Lost $3500 my State Farm loss by stolen would not pay.
Learned a lesson have sold many things on ebay since.

Not many snowballs there. Fortunately B&H and KEH made fine bids. Thanks anyway.
Yea, I'm sure they did... Should have went there in the first place instead of wasting your valuable time here.
That a mistake, no history, no price, and to a lot of people no picture or pictures. Forget it.
