I think B. For me unless it is a full landscape less is better. Just how I see things.
Assuming you are addressing archiving & you that shoot in Raw --- I would keep the Raw & B ---
You can always at a later date Post-process the Raw original

I just realized that you cannot see much difference in the thumbnails so I uploaded again and stored the originals...

Personally, I prefer B of the first pair, but in fairness, I always tend to crop tightly.
On the second set, I prefer A, but B would be acceptable, and I think C is over saturated to my eye, but again, I’m more of a realist than an artist, so I like color saturation that looks “natural” to me and don’t like over-saturated color prints which look artificial to me.
On the waterfall, I like the one that you like. Or B. I think all three of the second set are over cooked.
Looks like you've blown out the top of the waterfall. I would ditch both of them.
Why do you have to pick? They're both good.

I have a fundamental problem with post processing in that I don't know when to quit, i.e., I can't even decide what amount of processing I like best. So I'm coming to you hoggers with several options of several photos to give me your learned opinions. I have several sets of photos to compare so if you would like to help me please keep looking at the thread as I will post more after I get some opinions on each set. Thank you in advance
Set 1, which crop?
I like B a lot better it's much closer than A, more powerful looking.
A
That's the problem with anything subjective, from which photo is better to which Olympic skater is more graceful. I think all of us struggle with cropping, exposure, color saturation, and everything else about the looks of an image.
