It seems to me he had more pressing problems like saving the economy and health care. In fact even today aside from a few nut jobs immigration is somewhere around 4th as a priority among the population.

Huey try to think things out and stop being an ideologue and jingoist!

Such a great job he did on healthcare. Rates are ridiculous today. Many can't afford coverage even with subsidies. Thank you Rats?

How rich. You ignored Obama's messes for eight years but President Trump is making headway undoing much of the damage Obama created! Obviously you were one of the "blind Obama supporters" !

You just proved my point! Wow, you walked right into it.

This:

https://www.politifact.com/punditfact/statements/2018/jan/26/ronald-brownstein/did-senators-pass-immigration-reform-bills-2006-20/

Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2006, passed Senate 62-36. House Republicans did nothing.

Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act of 2013, passed Senate 68-32. House Republicans did nothing.

Not saying these bills were any good. Just saying House Republicans did not take up the bills or counter with their own proposals.

Not exactly "Rules For Radicals" (written by Hillary's idol, Saul Alinsky), but pretty dang close.

Beyond the ludicrous suggestion that ANY democrat would consider installing a system that actually stops illegal immigration or passing amendments or legislation to end birthright citizenship, or ID's for illegals, licenses for illegals, free ER services for illegals, free education for illegals, I dislike another aspect of you argument.

The syntax of your first sentence implies Obama 'saved' health care. He did no such thing. Strictly as a redistribution agenda, the ACA takes the burden of pre-existing conditions, of irresponsible citizens who chose not to get insurance, and of those who are old and infirm.... and places it on the young and healthy. Then, in a deliberate attempt to erect a system to fail, insurance companies were forbidden to charge differing rates for differing risk pools, were forbidden from offering minimal or luxurious plans, and were guaranteed compensation for financial losses for a period...... So, the system is 100% guaranteed to fail, as private insurers leave the market when the incentives dry up, doctors leave the profession due to payment restrictions, and private companies fail. The whole plan was/is to usher in a socialist Canadian/European single payer system, despite the omnipresent evidence that these systems are inefficient, slow to deliver services, lack innovation, are subject to graft and corruption, and end up having services rationed. Heck, Brittain even has a healthy boutique health care market / cost sharing collectives so avoid the government system entirely, and they have FAR fewer people to serve. The ACA is a brazen attempt to bring through the back door that which Americans would not tolerate being brought in the front.

Obama was a brilliant magician in many ways, telling the Americans to 'look here' while making certain American things simply disappear.

Hey, Dirtpusher. I believe you have misinterpreted my post. Please see my original comment on pg 1. I hope there is no mistaking what I meant.

There is much left to be said. For starters, why don't you, along with other blind Trump supporters quit focusing on what occurred in the past, and place your attention on the disease that is your current president. Nothing can be done about the past. Fix your current mess and maybe the ongoing chaos can be averted.

Did you focus on the disease that infected this country called obummer?

Perhaps since you are on the losing side and crying every day about it, shutting your trap is appropriate. You couldn't care less what Trump accomplishes for the US, your big BI**H is that it isn't hildabeast accomplishing it. You care more about yourself than the country. Loser.

Look, I'm really trying to be as nice and as respectful as possible when I speak about your deranged leader and those that follow him. As I (and 99% of the world) see it, the only thing he has accomplished is chaos.

99 % of the world? Exaggerate much? Bet you can't prove that so why say it?
