I am not sure if this is the "proper" forum for this topic, or whether it should be a "Challenge" or whatever, so here goes anyway: How about examples of images you have taken that could be used as Christmas cards? Or Christmas cards you have already made from your images? Would love to see some of the season's greetings we all can enjoy! Thanks, Hoggers, and please don't flame me if this isn't the right forum for this topic...
Hey - BEAUTIFUL!! As being a former Drug addict and bound to Alcohol but now a Happy Born Again Christian, Sunday School Teacher and Preacher - I LOVE the Christmas Season celebrating The Greatest Gift That Was ever Given to us - and That is God’s Only Son, a SAVIOUR and Redeemer And soon Coming King!! His great Journey 2000 years ago from His Throne on High to a Virgins Womb, to a Manger, to a Rugged Cross, to a Tomb and 3 days later resurrected in Glory and Power and now Back to His Throne! Thank God for His Unspeakable Gift - Salvation for all mankind and Whosoever Will if they will only Believe that Jesus died for them, Shed His Innocent Blood to Atone for every Sin! Now there’s Forgiveness for every Sin and every Wrong! Jesus is the Reason for the Season! Yes, He’s my Deliverer and my Hope to Heaven - He can be Yours too - Just Believe!! May God Bless you ALL and Merry Christmas!!!

Great idea, and good, honest cards.
Mine was derived from a photo of my child's hand and a crumpled champagne cork wrapper, made into a silkscreen that I printed.

Now that's really creative and visually very cool. Merry Christmas!

Perhaps this would be appropriate for Santa.

Nicely done, Tommy! I especially love #1!
Here are a few I had put together for one of the challenges I hosted
some time back, and thought they fit your topic perfectly.
BTW, I did use the first one as an actual greeting card for friends.

Good set, and thanks for showing us what it is like at this time of the year.
A couple from the archives.

Thank you, Richard for the kind words!
We've been fortunate so far this year. We only had one snow fall, which was on
November 15th and dropped about 8" of snow...however, we were already packed
and just waiting for our ride to the airport that wisked us away to sunny Florida.
I see you're in Australia...just beginning the summer season?

Sure is, although the weather has been a bit coolish for this time of the year. Just a little bit warmer than Miami (Florida). Christmas day, should max out at 31C (~88F) where we live (about an hours drive away from the coast).

“Brushstrokes From the Hand of God” is the caption on our cards this year. At age 72, God blessed us with our first new home. This pastor and wife of 53 years are sharing testimony of His goodness to our card list. The sunsets are so awesome and the sunrises aren’t bad either. Our new place in far North Fort Worth was worth the wait!
