I posted a photo of a Roadrunner just the other day and what surprised me was that some of the long tail feathers are that same bright blue. I'd never noticed that before. Learn something new every day.

Stunning portrait. When you say it comes into your house to eat each day is that literal, i.e., does he come into the building or does he eat out on the porch or in the yard? I am just curious about the behavior. I've found the species to be pretty tolerant of people, so I'm wondering how tolerant this one has become over time. Thanks for sharing the beautiful picture.
