I believe that you will be happy with the used D810 if you are OK with the seller. That's a good deal for the camera as described.

I would not touch a grey market Nikon with a 10' lens. 20k shutter actuations, in a camera with the potential for 150,000 shutter cycles is just about broken in. Before you buy the used, get the serial number and confirm that it is indeed a US model.

I'd buy the new gray market providing it comes with all the accessories. You can get GM cameras repaired in the US if need be, although the chances are remote that it will ever need repair.
He bought it at b&h. So i know it's US version.
Stay with a US version so you've got good options for repair if needed. Its more important about who you buy it from. Make sure they are reputable and that you can return it if its not working out for you and make sure you thoroughly check out all functions quickly after getting it. As far as pricing goes, check Adorama, KEH, Ebay and Amazon for an idea on used pricing.

I am very big on purchaser's choice, and also have believed that it is not likely that a camera will need repair. But my D850, which I bought in August, has developed a problem in which the optical viewfinder mask will not clear completely after being set to an exposure format other than DX. All will clear except the last one...1.2:1. So the two edges of the viewfinder (representing the 3mm at each end of the sensor) are continuously blocked by the mask, even when I'm shooting and recording FX images. After discussions with Nikon, I'm set up to return it for warranty repair as soon as the Christmas season is over.
You can imagine that I've revised my thinking about the likelihood of failures of equipment and the overall level of risk associated with purchasing non-supported versions. Best guess is that repair will either require replacement of the main control board, with the microprocessor, or else the LCD screen and associated circuitry inside the optical viewfinder. Neither of these will be trivial repairs and either would be very costly if I had to pay.
So think carefully and decide wisely.

Price is fair considering you are paying about a third of what it cost new. The Nikon D810 is a wonderful camera and you will enjoy it. MAKE SURE IT IS A USA MODEL. Most US serial numbers start with a 2, but not always.
I think you should list the actual subject so we have a better idea what your question is, it also helps someone doing a search locate answers to questions already asked
Shutters today are made to actuate at least 150,000 times. Buying a genuine import means that anything wrong with the camera in the future will guarantee you service from Nikon.
