2 modes of transportation in the harbor

Here are 2 modes of transportation in the harbor. One is the owner and her two dogs via stand up paddle board and the other a solo kayak. I hope you enjoy the two images for the photographic aspect rather than a documentary aspect.

Sometime Thomas there are other motives for kayaking or using SUP's.......for my particular situation, my doctor and physical therapist both suggest to paddle till I am sore but not till I feel pain. It helps strengthen the shoulder which I have had 2 surgeries in the past. Now I have a metal shoulder. It was called a shoulder replacement. I can't surf any longer but I can still paddle a kayak. For me, it's very important to stay in contact with the ocean, beach and seashore. Just curious Thomas what you do for your healthy life style?
