I went to a local botanical garden, and I saw a group of these guys attacking the Aloes.
I don't know what it is, maybe a juvenile Dark-Eyed Junko? Thank you if you can help me.

Could be a Bush Tit - or one of the smaller Fly Catcher, Gnat Catcher family. They all forage on plants for small spiders and insects.
