But trump is facing charges of Campaign Finance Law Violations, Tax Evasion on Federal, State, and Local levels, Conspiring with a Foreign Government (Russia) to win an election, money laundering, Obstruction of Justice, Emolument Clause Violations, intimidation of witnesses, dangling pardons for silence instead of testimony, insinuating executive privilege without declaring executive privilege, and lying.

It's not likely that trump will get off with a single charge when he's already been named as an unindicted, co-conspirator in at least one Federal Criminal case, and we don't know how many more he was redacted out of.

This nation doesn’t put it’s politicians in jail. I would have loved to see Nixon in prison—he certainly deserved it! But I was satisfied to see him gone.
