In search of Bald Eagles, spotted these hawks
high in the sky, and a few misc.

Magnificent captures. What a thrill you must have had photographing that in air conflict! Last photo appears to be a Merlin, lucky you!!

Thank you Jederick. At first I thought them were ravens but after
I looked at them with binoculars I realized they were hawks and had a few
minutes to grab a few shots.
The gray colored hawk - #8 - I think is a female northern
harrier. The bandit looking bird is a loggerhead shrike, which
likes big insects when available, otherwise small birds are
what they usually feed on in the winter.

My favorite BIF is Osprey fledging for the first time.
