I started to use long exposure first to avoid high iso and suddenly is one of my favorites settings when I'm shooting landscape.

Beautiful! This just goes to show you don't need the most expensive camera and lens to get a great picture. You do however need to have some artistic ability which you obviously have!

Beautiful photo! Where was it taken? We took a cruise from Bergen in July that went up to the Nordkapp and back south; we spent 9 days in Norway and the Norwegian Sea. We may have gotten close to where you took the photo, as we went to Djupvatnet Lake from our port call in Geiranger. We loved Norway and can't wait to go back.

The place is called Solhbergsplassen (the place of (Harald) Solhberg) is located in the county of Hedmark, so it is quite far from Bergen/Geiranger, actually it's closer to Sweden than the Norwegian Sea. Very nice place, if you like mountains you absolutely will love Hedmark and Oppland.
