A Pano at sunrise of Park Avenue and the Three Gossips. I wish there would have been more drama in the sky, but feel so lucky that I was able to be there and see such a awe inspiring view. Shout out to my wife. She got up every morning, way before the sun was up, and stayed out late into the night with me scouting locations for the next day and just exploring.

Very nice download! Sounds like your wife is a keeper. Does she carry your gear?

You better keep that woman. She sounds like a gem!
Last spring my wife sat for an hour in a frozen car in Acadia NP while I took a photo. Not a single complaint.
Women like ours are rare indeed. We are really lucky.

Wade, I like the photo! You have a great subject and the beautiful, rich colors, especially of the foreground, come to life in download. I can understand your frustration with the sky, but, unfortunately, that is not something we have control over. Having said that, the blue sky is not a detraction, but rather complements the rest of the image. The composition is good, as when I draw an imaginary line from the top left corner to the bottom right, it divides the photo into two halves; a somewhat empty, negative space to the upper right and a positive space to the left. My eye was instinctively drawn to the imposing left side - for its size and color - and then down the diagonal to the Three Gossips. Well done.

She does haul the tripod around when I need a hand.
