He may have just voided any possibility of a warranty or guaranty.

I used to laugh at this type of marriage humor...not so much now. I recently lost my wife and best friend for 67 years. I loved her more than anything in the world!

I’m not being critical, just lonesome I guess.

I am very sorry for your loss. I’m sure words cannot describe how you feel. Be thankful for 67 years of a wonderful marriage. Most are not blessed for that long.

Well, you have friends here, take that for what it is worth (maybe a lot these days) you have to decide if you want to be lonely, or involved in something - Think about what she would have wanted, and what she would have wanted for you- honor her that way - Were here with you when you need us - Peace my brother!

I feel your pain. I lost my wonderful wife (and best friend) of 56 years, last Christmas. I can't believe how empty this house and my life is. Sorry if I turned this into a whole new thread, but I had to comment to let you know you are not alone in your grief. Thank heavens I have the great continued support of my family and my friends.
